Objective

The Advisory Board of the University of Toronto Information and Communications Forum (ICF) is pleased to announce the Executive Development Program (EDP) for 2010. Cloud computing promises to revolutionize software applications and many industries are currently assessing its impact on their business. EDP 2010 examines the opportunities and challenges in cloud computing from technology and business perspectives. Current players in the ICT industry will present their views on the opportunities in cloud computing. Through a series of workshops and exercises, we will explore competing models, synthesize improved models using integrative thinking, and develop business cases that leverage cloud computing.

The EDP Program leverages the strengths of the University and its Industry Partners by featuring lectures from leading academics, industry and government experts, and top executives. The program is intended for middle- and entry-level managers in the ICT industry. The program is structured to provide ample opportunities to work and network with other participants from various areas of the ICT industry.
